At Arcane Tinmen, we develop, sell and distribute the world-famous brand Dragon Shield – which consists of trading card and game accessories and digital services to gamers – as well as a variety of wonderous sub-brands to a community of passionate geeks from all over the world.

Work strategically and hands-on with retailers and distributors

You’ll join us at an exciting time where you’ll form your new role as you help level up our business.

It might sound as if you’ll need magic to succeed with the expected double-digit annual growth rates and grow our retail presence. But thanks to strong market growth and our excellent collaboration with our distributors, we are confident that it can be done!

To reach this, you will among other things:

• Manage and expand your team of currently two colleagues as well as map and develop its working processes.
• Qualify your work by utilising data and gathering intel from the market.
• Manage 7 accounts yourself, including the biggest account within the region.
• Ensure that the relations with our distributors remain strong and build on their knowledge when you create a lead-generating program and enhance our collaboration with retailers.

You should expect about 25-30 travel days a year.

You have probably already figured it out – we are geeks, and we are proud of it. We play Magic, table football and ping pong in our breaks, have sword fights at our summer party, and when you start, we will give you a certificate specifying which dragon you are, accompanied by a matching mug.

But no matter how many or few spells you have cast before, we would love you to play along with us.

Retail wizard with a few years of management experience

You navigate easily in a working environment where not all processes are fully developed, and you naturally create structure around you.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Have several years of experience developing the retail segment.
• Have a few years of experience with people management.
• Have some experience working internationally – not necessarily in the EMEA region.
• Speak and write English fluently.
