Our e-Commerce department is expanding, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic and versatile Digital Commerce Trainee (AKA Digital Handelselev) with English language skills, who thrives in a lively environment and is eager to learn. If you have a knack for digital craftsmanship and a passion for all things playful, geeky, or creative, sharpen your claws and prepare for an adventure at Dragon Shield.
UNLEASH YOUR INNER DRAGON!
You are probably wondering what tasks you can expect your daily work to include. Following proper introduction and ongoing guidance and support, you’ll be working on – and learning about:
• Updates on our webshop dragonshield.com, including campaign pricing, product creation/updates, yearly price adjustments
• Content creation and SEO – Craft SEO-enhanced content, update articles and guides
• Customer service on our CS-platform Zendesk
• Engage with our community on social media platforms
• Research on competitors – market trends and competitor strategies.
• You’ll be introduced to tools like Listen, Brandwatch, and Clarity heatmapping to gather and analyze user data.

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have completed one of the following educations: GF2 in EUX, be a student at HHX or a student from STX, HTX or HF and have passed a EUS5-course. As a student over 25 years, you must be able to show a competence assessment (RKV).
